Site fees normally cover the cost to keep your holiday home on its pitch, the grounds and holiday park maintenance, including grass cutting, road repairs, your mains water supply and your waste water disposal including drains and your electricity supply. They also cover the cost of holiday home general waste disposal, and if relevant the street lighting and warden duties.
Site fees due vary from park to park, and sometimes within locations on the park too.
